Chris’ experience comes from five years as Senior Analyst in the healthcare consulting field. As Senior Analyst, Chris focused on demographics and patient volume analysis. He has expertise in determining Key Planning Units and bed need, volume projections, and assessing market viability for healthcare ventures. He has completed a number of engagements for organizations ranging from large urban tertiary hospitals to small, rural community hospitals where his role was to identify geographic, competitive, and market opportunities.
As Consultant, Chris has assisted in the development of the first Emergency focused hospital in the United States. He has focused on Pro Forma development along with IT and Communication planning.
