Focus on Strategic and Service Line Planning as well as operations improvement. Prior to joining AlphaHealth, Mr. Legare held a leadership role with KPMG’s healthcare consulting practice. Over the past 7 years he has led major projects for Not-for-Profit Hospitals and Systems, Academic Medical Centers, investor-owned systems and managed care plans. His past roles include positions with a not-for-profit health system, academic medical center and managed care organization.
