Services available include: Opportunity Assessment – Assist in determining the feasibility of the proposed venture concept. Market Demand Analysis Define Scope of Services Pro Forma Analysis Capital Investment/Cash Flow Project Development – Assist in taking the venture from concept to reality. Location Identification – Identify and assist in securing optimal location for the facility. Facility Planning – Develop the Key Planning Units (i.e. number of treatment spaces, OR’s, etc.) and support programming and design of the facility with Architects. Operational Planning – Includes Staffing need analysis, hiring of key staff, securing key support services, policy/procedures development, marketing, and other elements required to operate the facility. General Project Management – Secure, coordinate, and support Design, Construction, Equipment Planning, Legal, Financing, Regulatory and other involved parties to insure successful completion of the project. Management – Provide the day-to-day management services for the venture once it is operational. AlphaHealth is also willing and able to take an equity position when it is in the best interests of the project.
